Cumberland Valley’s Clay County Hospice is a home-based program of palliative and supportive service. Hospice services provide physical, psychological, social and spiritual care for dying persons and their families regardless of age, sex, nationality, race, color, religion, disability or ability to pay.
A team of nurses, physicians, social workers, dietitians, volunteers and family members work together to provide routine visits and care to the terminally ill person. Frequency of visits are determined by the condition of the patient.
